400 applications to the Mica redress scheme are awaiting decisions while to date, just 13 homes have been repaired.
Minister Charlie McConalogue says a meeting yesterday with Donegal County Council management revolved around how to progress applications as quickly as possible.
A meeting is due to take place between the local authority and the Department of Housing in the near future to ensure outstanding applications receive clarity and decisions.
