A Donegal Deputy has called on the Government to take action on public transport issues in the North West.
Deputy Pearse Doherty spoke in the Dail last week, on a Sinn Fein motion calling for accessible, affordable public transport to be implemented.
He says that any public transport plan must have the North West at its centre – due to how far behind services here have been left:
