Donegal County Council is being asked the revisit a proposal to locate CCTV cameras at beauty spots where illegal dumping has taken place.
A previous plan was shelved because of legal concerns over privacy legislation.
However, Cllr Noreen McGarvey says there have been changes to the law, and the council’s legal team should reassess the situation:
