The Donegal Fire Service was deployed last night in response to a gorse fire in Malin.
At about 9.10pm Carndonagh Fire Brigade was alerted to the blaze at Knockmany Bens area.
Moville Fire brigade was subsequently mobilised around 40 minutes later to assist.
The fire was eventually brought under control and extinguished shortly after 10:30pm.
