Two vehicles were seized at checkpoints in Burnout and Burt yesterdays.
The checkpoints were part of a Day of Action being carried out by Donegal Gardai.
The vehicles in question had no tax and one also had no insurance.
Yesterdays operation was to remind drivers of the dangers of speeding, increase compliance with speed limits, and deter driving at excessive and inappropriate speed.
