It was a case of so near and yet so far for the battling Donegal Underage League side who lost out against their Galway counterparts in the FAI Inter-League Cup Semi-Final at Eamonn Deacy Park.
The Galway League won 2-0.
They now face the winners of the Mayo-Cork second semi-final.
