Wheelchair users in South Donegal have been left to use the road due to poor and inaccessible footpath conditions.
Cllr Barry Sweeney raised the accessibility and safety concerns in the meeting of Donegal Municipal District.
He says due to budgeting and resources restraints, footpaths tend to be less of a priority.
He says this must change:
