342 witnesses spoken to in connection with attempted murder of DCI John Caldwell

The PSNI has spoken to 342 witnesses and made 15 arrests in relation to the attempted murder of John Caldwell.

Detective Chief Inspector Caldwell was shot by two gunmen on February 22nd in Omagh.

He was targeted as he packed up after coaching a youth football team.

A reward of €172,000 is in place for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved.
