Hiker in distress assisted on Sliabh Liag

It’s emerged Killybegs Coast Guard was tasked yesterday afternoon at 16:11 to a hiker who had got into distress up the Pilgrim’s Path, Sliabh Liag.

After reassuring the casualty, they assisted her back down to the car park.

Donegal Mountain Rescue Team were also on scene.
