It’s emerged that Donegal County Council is one of 18 local authorities to issue no dog fouling fines in 2022.
The council fared better in the area of dealing with inappropriately parked cars, with 369 fines issued last year.
The figures have been collated and released by NCBI as part of its ‘Clear our Paths’ campaign. which is running all this week.
