There were 28 commencement notices issued in Donegal in September of this year, up seven from the month previous.
Donegal and Wexford ranked 4th in the level of notices issued this month.
This leaves the total number of commencement notices for the county this year so far at 236, a 10.3% decrease on the same figure last year.
