The Cathaoirleach of the Donegal Municipal District has confirmed he will not be standing in the forthcoming local elections.
Independent Cllr Tom Conaghan says he will see out his term, but wants to give others a chance to represent the people.
He believes he has made a difference for Donegal Town and its environs…………….
