A taxi in Letterkenny had its windshield smashed after a customer became aggressive.
The driver had taken the passenger to Ashlawn in Letterkenny at around 4:40am on Sunday morning.
The man smashed the windscreen of the car before making off on foot.
Gardaí are asking those who may have travelled in the area and had a dashcam to make the footage available.
