Gardai are hunting the drivers of a blue Ford Transit van they believe was involved in a number of thefts in Letterkenny in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The van with a partial registration of JLZ was first observed at around 0:05am yesterday at the rear of Letterkenny Retail Park.
The occupants exited the vehicle and stole a number of food trays.
They then travelled to a carpark on the Pearse Road at around 0:20am where they stole a 16ft car transporter.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who was in the locality between 11:30pm and 1am on Monday and who has dash cam footage to make it available to them.
Anyone who observed the van in the area is also asked to come forward.
