Finn Valley’s Sinead McConnell was on the podium today again winning two more medals at the European Masters in Torun Poland.
She took an individual silver in a new Irish W55 record of 27:16 in the 5k race walk. Sinead would also lead Irish to team bronze behind France and Germany.
On Tuesday Sinead won silver in the 3k indoor event.
