An investigation has been launched into a fatal workplace incident in Offaly.
A man in his 70s was pronounced dead at the scene in Garryhinch yesterday afternoon.
His body removed to Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore for a post-mortem exam.
A file is being prepared for the Coroner’s Court, and the HSA has been notified.
