A 28 year old man’s been remanded in custody after the rape and murder of a woman in Derry.
65 year-old Spanish native Montserrat Martorell was found dead in a flat at Harvey Street in the city in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Ciaran Murray of Gortfoyle Place in Derry – has also been charged with arson endangering life with intent.
