Givan seeks to limit mobile phone use in NI schools

Northern Ireland’s Education Minister has announced a crack-down on the use of phones in schools.

It’s in an effort to improve concentration in the classroom – and encourage tech-free break and lunch times.

Norma Foley, who holds the same position in the Republic, wants to bring in a similar ban.
