Further snow overnight in Donegal is hampering travelling conditions this morning.
Motorists are being urged to exercise caution when out on the roads. Gritters were deployed across the county from 6am this morning.
Meanwhile, Met Eireann is expected to upgrade its low temperature and ice warnings for the entire country today.
Very cold nights with widespread frost, ice and lying snow can be expected until Friday.
Temperatures will struggle to get above freezing during the day.
