ESB Networks say as of 1 o’clock this afternoon, approximately 8,500 customers are without power across Donegal following widespread and extensive damage as a result of Storm Éowyn.
This figure, they say, is down from a peak of approximately 87,000 customers on Friday.
They say all crews commenced work again from first light this morning.
