A block of flats is believed to have been deliberately set alight in what officers have described as a malicious attack in Strabane this morning.
Emergency services attended the blaze shortly after 1:35am in the Main Street area.
A man and a woman who were inside the flats escaped injury.
The PSNI are appealing for information.
