A 34-year-old man is due in Coleraine Magistrates Court today following the serious assault of a 22 year old man in Limavady on Saturday, the 1st of February.
He is charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, theft and driving-related offences, including driving whilst disqualified.
As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
