Two of the three men arrested in Belfast, Enniskillen and Aughnacloy on Tuesday are due to appear in Strabane Magistrates’ Court today in relation to an investigation into the activities of the New IRA.
The 43- and 49-year-olds are charged with collecting information likely to be of use to terrorists.
The third man, aged 44, has been released following questioning, pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
