Gardaí and other emergency services attended the scene of a fire at a derelict house in Meadowbank Park, Letterkenny shortly after 4.30 on Friday afternoon last.
The fire brigade were on scene to extinguish the blaze that is believed to have been started maliciously. No injuries were reported.
Gardai are urging anybody who may have observed any suspicious activity in the area on that date to make contact them in Letterkenny on 074-9167100. If anybody travelled with a dash-cam in the area of Meadowbank Park or Long Lane between 4pm and 4.30pm, they’re asked to make the footage available to Gardaí.
