The green light has been given for a residential apartment block in Letterkenny.
Planning permission for the 28-unit development at the junction of Paddy Harte Road and Pearse Road was applied for on behalf of Glenturas Construction Ltd.
A number of objections were issued by local business owners with concerns over the impact the development would have on traffic, parking, and commercial businesses in the area.
