A dangerous driving incident in Fahan was reported after a near miss on Friday last.
A red A-Class Mercedes was overtaking dangerously at around 8:45 pm, forcing the oncoming traffic to drive onto the grass verge to avoid a collision.
Gardaí are particularly interested in sourcing dashcam footage from the Burnfoot area around that time.
