A man has been hospitalised following an attempted robbery in Letterkenny yesterday evening.
Gardaí were alerted to the incident at around 6:30pm in the Main Street area.
The man in his 20s was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment to what Gardai say are non-life threatening injuries sustained during the robbery.
Investigations are ongoing.
