It’s emerged that seven calves were killed in a crash in Burnfoot earlier this week.
It’s understood the calves were on the road at the time of the collision, involving a van at around 11:15pm on Wednesday in the Elaghbeg area.
The driver of the van was uninjured.
Gardai have confirmed that enquiries are ongoing.
