A boy has been taken to hospital following a road traffic collision in Ramelton yesterday evening.
The crash occurred at Chapel Road and involved a car and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a male juvenile child, was taken from the scene to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment.
The road, which had been closed for a period of time, has since reopened to traffic.
Investigations are ongoing.
