87 patients were on trolleys across the North West this morning.
In Letterkenny University Hospital, 32 people were without beds, while 55 patients were on trolleys in Sligo University Hospital, the second highest figure in the state.
University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded hospital in the country, with 90 people waiting for a bed.
