A young boy has died following a tragic incident involving machinery in Dungloe.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene yesterday evening, where the 9-year-old was pronounced deceased.
His body has been taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Gardaí say the Health Safety Authority has been notified and a file is being prepared for the Coroner’s Court.
