A man is due in court today after being arrested as part of an investigation into drugs criminality linked to the INLA.
The 62-year-old faces a number of charges, including possession and supply of drugs.
He is due before Derry Magistrates Court today.
A 53-year-old man, also arrested yesterday, has been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.
