The creation of a €100 million fund to purchase second-hand properties has been supported by a Donegal councillor.
The fund is to be established next year and is aimed to help families who have been living in emergency accommodation for a prolonged period.
Cllr Patrick McGowan welcomed the action from government on today’s Nine til’ noon show, saying it is a necessary move:
