Lives have been lost because roads are not being upgraded in Donegal.
That was the blunt message from Donegal Deputy Charles Ward as he spoke in the Dáil during a motion on the rising costs of motoring.
He referenced the N13, which runs through Drumkeen where he is based, and in particular, highlighted difficulties for those using the bus service…….
