Donegal County Council has sought further information on an application for the development of a new shop and fuel forecourt on land adjacent to the site of the Creeslough tragedy.
The land is owned by the same people, with the application including provision for the demolition of an existing dwelling house.
The application was lodged on October 24th, with two submissions made opposing the development.
