The First Home Scheme has been extended in Donegal and 16 other counties.
The price limit has now increased by €25,000, allowing more first-time buyers to qualify.
Reviews will continue to be carried out on a biannual basis, with the next due in mid-2026.
In Donegal, the new price ceiling is €375,000.
