Gardaí have seized a car in the Newmills area today.
The Milford Roads Policing Unit had pulled over a driver after they noticed their registration plates were non-compliant.
Upon further inspection, it was found that the car had no NCT and was uninsured.
Fixed Charge Penalty Notices have been issued and court proceedings will now follow.
