Gardaí are investigating a single-vehicle collision on the R238 near Templemoyle Crossroads, between Culdaff and Malin.
The crash occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning at around 12:40am.
The driver and one of four passengers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and received medical attention at hospital.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information or dashcam footage from the area at the time to come forward to assist with the investigation.
