Phase one of Scoil Iosagáin’s new building is due to be completed by June.
It is hoped that students will move into the new facility this September.
If the current pace of work continues, the €21 million project will be completed by September 2027, making it the largest primary school in Donegal.
The developments have been welcomed by Donegal Minister of State, Charlie McConalogue.
