
A Fianna Fáil councillor has defended comments made in the council chamber about the Defective Concrete Block Scheme.
Cllr Liam Blaney said the 100% Redress Party is discouraging homeowners from applying by claiming the scheme is not fit for purpose.
The remarks came during a row after Cllr Tomás Sean Devine sought to table a vote of no confidence in Government.
