The opening of the new Changing Places facility in Letterkenny has been hailed as a statement of what people with disabilities can contribute to society.
The main contractor on the project was AccessoLoo, a specialist company set up by Belfast based entrepreneur Michael Holden.
He says the building was completed by workers who are themselves disabled…….
