A new five-year strategy has been launched for Further Education and Training in Ireland.
The ‘Creating Futures’ strategy is designed to deliver skills in AI, digital, and green innovation.
Over 230 thousand people received qualifications from SOLAS in 2025.
Its Executive Director, Mary Liz Trant, says people are continuing to take up apprenticeships and further education courses, and a key element of this is the ability of Education and Training Boards to respond to the needs of employers………..
