A 32-year-old man has been sent forward for trial at the Central Criminal Court charged with murder following a court sitting in Letterkenny today.
Michael Maloney, of Loughros Point in Ardara, appeared before Letterkenny District Court this morning.
He is accused of the murder of Stephen McCahill at Beagh, Ardara, on the 5th of January.
The 66-year-old businessman and publican died following a fatal assault at his home.
