The Junior Sports Minister has extended his condolences to the family of Tadhg Callaghan Carter, the teenager involved in a fatal incident and the Donegal International Rally.
Tributes have been shared online commending the 15 year old, and his love for sport.
Tadhg will be laid to rest on Wednesday morning in Templedouglas Cemetery following an 11am Mass of the Angels at St. Colmcille’s Church in Glendowan.
