
€377 million in funding for North – South projects will be confirmed by the Taoiseach later.
The money will bring total spending by the Shared Island Unit to more than €1 billion.

The money will include €190 million to develop rail infrastructure between Dublin, Belfast and Derry, Improving line speed and capacity.
That spending will also speed up the delivery of Dart Plus Costal North in Dublin.
Money will also be announced for Dublin to Belfast bus services, development of ports to support offshore energy, and the Ulster Canal project.
