The PSNI have confirmed that a 44-year-old man, arrested following reports of a white articulated lorry being driven recklessly through the village of Ballykelly on Monday has been released on bail to allow for further enquiries.
They say Derry City & Strabane officers continue to appeal to anyone with information or footage that may have captured the movements of the lorry to call police on 101,
