Gardaí are urging motorists in Donegal to remain security conscious regarding vehicle thefts and break-ins.
They are reminding drivers to always lock vehicles, avoid leaving valuables inside and, where possible, park in well-lit areas.
Owners of vans and work vehicles are also being advised to use additional locks, alarms and tracking devices to protect tools and equipment.
Gardaí say suspicious activity should be reported immediately, while emergencies should be reported through 999 or 112.
