Donegal road safety campaigner pushes for ‘Caoimhe’s Law’ after fatal crash concerns


There’s a call for Caoimhe’s Law to be recognised.

The proposed legislation seeks to make it a criminal offence to share images or videos of victims at the scene of a fatal or critical crash without consent.

Debbie Mullan is a counsellor and part of the Road Victim Support group in the North and Donegal.
