Donegal Ladies battle hard to retain All-Ireland Senior status

The Donegal Ladies have come through a mammoth tussle with Waterford in Roscommon this afternoon to secure their All-Ireland SFC status for next season.

It finished 2-11 to 1-12 after extra-time in favour of James Daly’s side with the goals coming from Suzanne White and Roisin Rodgers.

Rodgers’s late goal in extra-time proved pivotal.
