Concern has been expressed that a No Entry sign erected in Malin Town as part of the new one-way system there is causing confusion, and more clarity is needed.
Cllr Martin McDermott says it seems some motorists do not understand the meaning of a red sign with a white bar, as several are still going up that street the wrong way. He is suggesting the words ‘No Entry’ need to be prominently displayed.
Cllr McDermott says he has personally witnessed vehicles going the wrong way, and is calling for a review of the signage in the area…………
